This 4 Bedroom 3 ½ Bath 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort and can accommodate up to 10 guests.  There are TWO Master Suites.  You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions.  Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-to-3-minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms.  Highlands Reserve Golf Club is directly across Sand Mine Road.  This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations.
